📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom prescription lenses may require additional processing time (up to 5–7 business days).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.

🕵️‍♂️ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • All deliveries require a valid U.S. street address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@optixglasses.com with your order number.

  • We’ll work with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as needed.
