Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Optix Glasses. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return eyeglasses, sunglasses, or accessories within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item is not a final sale or clearance item

  • The item has no custom prescription lenses, unless defective

Prescription glasses with custom lenses are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@optixglasses.com or (931) 879-3874 with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the product, if applicable

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer free exchanges within the return window (30 days). Exchange eligibility is the same as above.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom/prescription lenses (unless defective)

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products worn or damaged by the customer

7. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
