📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Custom prescription lenses may require additional processing time (up to 5–7 business days).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
🕵️♂️ Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All deliveries require a valid U.S. street address.
❗ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@optixglasses.com with your order number.
We’ll work with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as needed.
